I've seen this a few times now, and had reports from several customers of their HikVision camera or NVR or camera's 'Configuration' menu appearing jumbled, and being unable to click or select any of the items in the list at the left hand side.
This often seems to happen after a firmware update, essentially it's seen at your first return to the configuration web page after updating.
It's simply solved by refreshing your browser cache - typically Ctrl+F5 keys.
