Hikvision DS-KV8102-IM error code 8200 and how to get still image?

Hi, I got a

It is working fine, I can see the stream on the NVR (hikvision), on internet explorer, I can also see the stream on VLC with
"rtsp://adminass@myIP:554/Streaming/Channels/101/"

But I wish to see still images, on my other hikvision camera I am able with
http://admin:pass@myIP/PSIA/Streaming/channels/1/picture

but with this camera the command does not work

Also I receive error code 8200 on the IVS4500 Android...
