HI everyone. I have just had CCTV installed so this is all new to me, so please bear with me. I have a Hikvision NVR DS-7600 and have had email notifications set up. The trouble is I get an email every 5 minutes, a UPNP report which tells me absolutely nothing of any use. I do also gets ones that inform me of an event (eg a line crossing), although I think I should get a picture, but I don't.
