I've currently got 2 hikvision cameras and one dahua camera running through synology's surveillance station.
I've tried both the hik-connect and gDMSS apps plus DS Cam to get reliable push notifications. At the moment I've been disappointed by them all.
DS Cam and hik-connect seem to be sporadic on when they notify (although emails are fine). The gDMSS seems to notify ok, but the actual notification received is very basic without clicking on it, launching the app and watching the video...
