I have my DS-2CD2355FWD-I 's recording at a high quality. When I go to Playback under the web interface (IE11) the video seems to be fairly low quality, for example, I cannot identify a person's face about 2m in front of the camera at 8pm (dark). Does anyone know what i'm doing wrong? I presume there is only 1 video saved so I can't just flick to HD?
