Recommended 4MP Resolution Settings?

Hi guys,

I've had my 5 camera 4MP Dome EXIR setup for some time now and have never been able to view 'Clear' streams on either the iVMS app or the newer Hik-Connect app.

So my question is, what's the best resolution to get the best picture quality from the Camera's? And can this be viewed on a mobile?
