IVMS - Pyronix

Hello

Does anyone use the Pyronix Control Panel on Hikvision IVMS-4200

I am able to add a Pyronix Alarm Panel, and it comes online ... but after a minute it goes offline .. and i need to refresh it to bring it back online

If i set the alarm from IVMS it sets the alarm as it should .. but within a minute it goes offline and then shows the alarm as not set. Even though the alarm is set.

If i refresh the panel . then it becomes active and shows the alarm as set.

I was wondering if there...
