From some odd reason, my status on my receiver is showing offline. I recently upgraded my internet router and now my Hik-Connect app is not finding my server because its showing offline in the status section in network. I have a Ethernet cable connected directly to the router so there shouldn't be an issue. What do you think is the issue?
