cctv setup

hi guys,
im looking for some info.
I have a floureon h264 dvr with 1tb storage powered to a dedicated vga monitor.
all works as it should.
I want to setup my iPhone 10xs and a laptop to view the camera setup/recordings etc.
any advise most welcome.
im not much good at networking.
I do have virgin media broadband with a v6 hub 3.0
