cant view camera on client software

i bought a hikvision ds-2cd3145F,
i have a hp n54l, microserver running windows server 2011, i installed the ivms 4200, set up camera to view, with storage server and media server, every-time i view the camera on the software it shows in the media server log. (all working fine here apparently)
i installed the client software again on my main pc connected to same lan, added the camera and the media server to the client, but it says "failed to get stream, error code [3]",
