I am trying find the correct software that will provide the following.
Motion detection between zones i.e. movement from zone A to B like in Blue Iris.
Push notifications to mobile like Blue Iris
Remote video retrieval/review ( Blue Iris and Ispy both only show footage from alerts int he web base review)
Minimal CPU conumption (Ispy uses 0.2% which is perfect, Blue iris uses around 30)
