Old but new "Hikvision 7208 HQ HI F1N" plugin problem.

Hi, i have a Old but new "Hikvision 7208 HQ HI F1N" that i brought about 3 years+ ago but never used. I now want to set it up but as soon as i enter the 1st live view page i get a message come up saying "Down load & install plugin & close browser when installing" This i have done in 2 browsers "Crome & IE" & i still keep getting this message & cant get rid of it. Not a good start. Any suggestion??
