Intrusion -alarm notification

Hi there, is anyone able to run me through some basic troubleshooting on this....

I have set up an Intrusion Zone Smart Event. When testing the zone-there is no notification Smart event alarm (in the gui).
Nor is it displayed in the logs as an Intrusion? it is however being marked in red as a smart event (in red) in playback mode.

I have set up linkage to surveillance centre

I’m using firmware 4.2

Any ideas?
