Just a quick update, after a long and interesting discussion with Samsung / Hanwha Techwin's European technical department over the last month.
Unfortunately, the Samsung product range currently is unsupported by the latest iteration of Mac OS X, El Capitan. This has been tested with an SNO-L6013R, SNO-L6083R and an SNV-L6083R.
When trying to view your camera via Safari, you will receive one of two errors:
Samsung / Hanwha Wisenet cameras do not work with Mac OS X
