Problem in hikvision alarm push notification ezviz

I am working in camera system field I installed alot of Camera systems Hikvison mostly
I faced strange phenomena some DVRs , NVRs using EZVIZ cloud some devices push alarm messages and others no
I don't know why however all settings are the same
if I'm working in device which alarm push is working while opening www.ezvizlife.com i found in site Motion detection on and schedule table of alarms.
if I'm working in device which alarm push is not...
