Noise Problem

Hello,

I recently installed CCTV Hikvision HDTVI 1080p in one house and noticed some image noise and horizontal lines across a few areas on the screen. Does anybody know what is causing it?

I also installed another one on another house and there is no problem whatsoever. It's the exact same equipament. It has an amazing clear image without any noise or horizontal lines.
