Hello, I have some issues after binding my camera to hik-connect account(I already setted-up my camera for remote access):
I CAN watch livestream after login on my account in hik-connect mobile app and iVMS-4500 desktop app, but I can't access web config for my camera - In Device Management section it displays me Ip for modem and port (xx.xx.xx.xx/80), but after clicking on it I redirected to cisco login screen (cuz I have a big local network with a lot of modems and adapters).
