Hoping someone is able to assist with an issue i've been unable to resolve on my HIKVision setup.

Each time I try to playback my garden camera via iVMS-4200 (Mac) it states "No Record File Found" and is unable to play back the recorded video whereas the other two camera work as intended, the garden camera is the only camera connected via WIFI. Axis doorbell A8501E compatible Hikvision NVR ?
Hi,
I am new to this forum and security cameras in general. Hoping someone knows how to configure an Axis doorbell on a Hikvision NVR (I have DS7608NI-I2-8p). I just purchased a used Axis and have not gotten it to work yet.
1) Is POE compatible or do I have to use separate injector? If separate, guess I can hook up to my router and then add to NVR.
2) In my camera config, do I use "Axis" or "Onvif" mode? Neither seem to work so far.
I am sure there must be several settings I will need to...

Doorbell DS-KB6403-WIP - wifi dropping out

A couple of months back I bought one of these doorbells, got it working on wifi easily enough, and got it also recording to my NVR. Worked fine for about 3 days then several times a day it would lose wifi connectivity and shout out that it had lost it. Every other device in the house has a rock solid connection and the WAP is a Unifi AC-Pro which is accessible over the road - in other words it's NOT the Wifi availability, it was the doorbell. Any ideas where to get the hikvision rain shield model: SRSM?
I can't seem to find any UK retailer selling this for some reason? Seems like something that should be stocked, after all it's just a rain shield for the wall mount..

Hik vision menu won’t disappear - randomly appears

Does anyone know how to get rid of this menu ? The 1 out of 4 cameras also seems to have a mind of its own and randomly loses focus ....

New to CCTV cameras help
Hi, I have just bought two domed cctv cameras that look like little robots, I believe it’s referred as an ipc360 camera but searches on both Google and YouTube for this item show what looks like my cameras but with a different ‘ make’ name?

DS-7204HQHi-K1 Issue with Firmware 4.21.000
Hi I recently upgraded my firmware on my DS-7204HQHU-K1 to firmware 4.21.000 and it caused all sorts of video stutter issues when using hik-connect, the image would either be stuttering in playback, sometimes in live view, it would jump around on the progress bar on playback and just generally cause all sorts of issues. is this a common issue for this unit and firmware? There is at least 1 other person on another forum I've visited who reports similar issues on a slightly different unit...

Unable to add new Darkfighter camera

So i connected it directly to the LAN via a POE switch to get a DHCP address, and activate the camera with the admin password.
From the NVR i seleted a channel, changed it to manual, entered the IP...

Alteq Firmware - Please HELP!!!!
Hello all
I currently have an Alteq 8 Port NVR and i am trying to find the lastest frmware version. Been searching for ages and cant seem to find a thing on this brand. The idea to update it and default it before I sell the NVR + 4 x 4MP Dome Cameras.
If i look on the system the current Version shows - NVRS050_200W_2.8.8.4
I would like to also to upgrade the cameras if this is possible. can any of you experts help with a link to this hard to find firmware

I have finally managed to install one of my Hikvision DS-KD8003-IME1 door stations with a keypad and card reader. I have issued several RFID cards and opening of the electric lock works.
I’m struggling now with recording videos and capturing pictures. I’m using iVMS4200 v.3.2.0.10. I used earlier v3.1 and the new version fixed some bugs and added new functionalities. I have updated the firmware on the door and sub units to the latest version.

Hopefully a simple question, how do I set up a storage folder to save motion detected footage? I have a Hikvision camera and use the iVMS-4200 software to view the image on my PC. I can manually record video which saves to the same folder structure I installed the iVMS to.
What I'd like to do is set up auto recording once motion has been detected. I think I've setup the motion detection part correctly as I hear a sound when motion is detected and I get a large 'Alarm Details' window appear...

Looking to buy.

I've decided I need cctv especially for the front of my home and looking to start with one camera and maybe build it up.
I want a recorder and one camera with the capability to use an app on my smartphone to veiw it anytime day or night.
Maybe a 25m range and 5m wide but that isn't exact also can u have the recorder hdmi to my TV if I ever need to veiw.
Budget poss 3 to 400 quid.

Darkfighter DS-2DE2A404IW-DE3
Hi, i have the DS-2DE2A404IW-DE3 and Hikvision state it is a Darkfighter, the firmware is on V5.6.14 build 190826, but in comparison to both my DS-2CD2165G0-I cams that are also Darkfighter it seems nowhere near the same quality in low light conditions. Do i have the correct firmware, or is it not a true Darkfighter as described on the Hikvision website.

Help IP cameras conflicting
I recently bought 5 ezviz husky cameras and a 8ch nvr. I installed 4 cameras and everything was going smoothly until the last camera. As I connected it to the ezviz app, one of the other cameras went offline. I could not get it to work until I took if off and reset it and re-added it to the app. As I did that then another camera went offline. So I can't have all 5 running at the same time? Is there an ip clash? I assigned them all ip address to each of the mac addresses but didn't change...
