Hi,
I'm having difficulty viewing my 2 cameras with the Hik connect app. It was working great but I had problems with the password. Now when I enter the serial number of the NVR it says already connected to another account. Can any please help? Thanks

Hello all,
On DS-7608NI-K2 can't find ftp settings.
My goal is to have backup of recorded events in remote location (server) - but cant find ftp feature. If there is no ftp feature, what can i use to make video backups at other location?

NVR is in viladge and im voried if some one breake in, it will steal nvr with all videos so looking for solution, to have backup at other location.

Is this normal?

Sometime when i get notification on my phone, it does not have a video. Is this normal and it it meant to me a snapshot only?

I have noticed there was a firmware release for the 7 line ANPR Camera that was located un the Zatpark folder not the Baseline.
Being testing this firmware for the last 3 day an can say there are so good improvements.

I have observed that when parked car are in the scene the camera dose not keep uploading plate alarms every 5 seconds.

I have also observed that if the vehicle has no number plate of it is to dirty to read it will no longer upload a VCA Alarm of a NoPlate.

We're asked quite frequently what the RTSP URLs are for Hikvision cameras, in order to use a program like VLC to decode the stream directly from the camera, or perhaps to instead embed the stream into a web page.

Many VMS programs require you manually add the RTSP stream from the camera, in which case you'll need to know Hikvision's RTSP format.

I keep jumping back and forth between the 4 channel and 8 channel NVR. At this moment in time, I only plan on fitting two cameras so the 4 channel woul dbe sufficient enough but after reading that users have managed to upgrade the 8 channel K2 varient to the V4 firmware, I'm tempted to pay the little extra and go with that.
The L2 varient seems too expensive for my needs.

I'm pretty certain I want to run with the 4MP ColorVu cameras.
Any thoughts?

I've got the camera's running on Survilence Station. This was pretty much plug and play and was picked up by SS just fine.

Problem occurs with NTP the cameras dont like to talk to SS. "Failed a connection to Test Server". In the server address field i've put in the IP of the NAS (whch is hosting Survilence Station)

Noticed that the cameras dont have the correct default gateway so corrected that to reflect the router IP address yet still fails NTP.

Yet it does work when you point them to...

I have used hikvision DVR 4Channel. i installed ivms my mobile then i registered my device my Email id and added my device successfully working fine. Last week how to deleted my dvr from hik-connect. i tried to connect same Email id and password account is open but i scanned my dvr serial number its said operation failed. The device is added by other users. how to solve my problem please help any one

At home I have an intercom DS-KD8003-IME1 and an indoor station DS-KH6320-WTE1. I did the latest firmware upgrade on both. If they ring the bell and answer with the indoor station, everything works well, even both relay controls. when I record with the hikconnect app. I can also start a conversation. When I put down with the app. the entire call is played back on the entrance station and the relay control does not work either. Does anyone have a solution?

Dear folk
I tried to check that in setup but I failed
Is it possible to display time on the top left corner of a live view and name on the bottom right corner for Dahua ip camera model IPC-HFW4631F-ZSA ?
Want to match that with other live views which are belong to HikVision ip cameras

Hello, i have a problem , with the DS-KD8003-IME1. ivms see the 192.168.0.7 the ip for outdoor station and if i want to add to my devices he give me error and device begin to be offline. The ip address is correct, because working in indoor station. How to fix this? The doorbell don't have reset button...

I'm brand new to the ip camera/nvr camera setups and have just bought an 8ch Hikvision nvr box, and a few various cameras for various needs. Naively, I bought this 2CD3T45FP1 fisheye camera from Aliexpress thinking there would be no issue, it'd just slot right into this system. However when I plug it into my computer and run SADP I am unable to log into it and get the message "device rejected". From what I can gather this is most likely to it being a Chinese camera. Good evening to everyone

I have a similar problem. I am trying to access my IP camera GUI through web browser yet no success.

Virtual Host function is enabled, ports are also open. I can access my NVR via web browser, no issues with that but when i am trying to connect directly to my IP camera nothing happens ( just browser timeout). Router is just out of the box, not tied to any of internet providers and managing only this NVR & connected PC.
